Jazmine Highsmith is the founder of Female Athletes Rock she is a former NCAA athlete that competed for the University of South Florida on the track & field team. Jazmine has a MBA in sports business and is currently working on her PhD in Sports Management. FAR was created in 2013 to inspire and celebrate female athletes as well as motivate girls to get involved in sports.
